The Benefits of a Castor Oil Kiss to Your Scalp

Kuza’s black castor oil conditioner is an incredibly nourishing and preserving experience for your scalp. Castor oil has a collection of fatty acids that are nearly unique in nature to the castor bean. These oils are uniquely suited to keeping your locks looking luscious and your scalp moisturized and itch-free.

Protect Your Hair Naturally

Castor oil conditioners also carry natural antimicrobial and antifungal compounds from their parent plant. These compounds that keep the plant safe throughout its life also do work when they’re sitting in your cupboard.

Castor oils are able to fight off the harshest invaders that want to make their home on your head. Snowy dandruff? Silenced. With Kuza’s black castor oil, you’ll be able to wear black tops and dark colors again.

Apply Once, and Keep the Feeling All Week Long

Castor oil is incredibly rich, dense and will stick around for a long time after you apply it to your hair. Unlike other products that dissipate quickly, castor oil will keep on providing the shine all week long. If you ask us, it’s almost too powerful.

Kuza Leave In Conditioner FAQs

What Is the Main Ingredient in Kuza Jamaican Black Castor Oil Repair Cream Leave-in Conditioner?

The main ingredient in our black castor oil conditioner is our black Jamaican castor oil, which is produced from the castor bean. The castor beans are cold pressed and extracted to create the rich and distinct oil that is so good for your hair.

How Does the Conditioner Work to Strengthen and Restore Hair?

Our conditioner feeds your hair with ricinoleic acid and other rich fatty acids that are precursors to many compounds that naturally feed and nourish your hair. It replenishes that shine right away and helps to lock in the moisture that your hair naturally produces, preserving it long-term for you. The layers of fatty acids also defend your hair from the harsh rays of the sun.

Can This Conditioner Be Used on All Hair Types?

Whether you have naturally coily, curly, wavy, or other kinds of hair, our castor oil conditioner is safe to use on it. Because our product gently supplements your hair's natural oils, you don’t have to worry about which kind of hair you have, and you can apply it freely to your curls.

How Often Should I Use this Conditioner for Best Results?

Castor oil conditioners are a little heavier than others. You should apply it at least once a week but not too much more, except when styling. This will help to keep your hair lustrous but not weigh it down with too much product, giving you beautiful locks every day without getting oily.

Are There Any Specific Hair Conditions That This Conditioner Is Particularly Effective For?

Any condition that derives from dryness is likely to benefit from our castor oil conditioner. Whether it’s soothing an irritated scalp, locking in moisture, or increasing blood flow to the scalp, it’s the right product for the job. The natural antimicrobial and antifungal properties of castor oil also help to fight dandruff and other flaky skin conditions that derive from infection

Why We Love It

It’s the easy-to-use must-have for all hair textures. Just leave it in and let the beauty of your natural curls and coils out! It’s naturally-derived using a traditional Jamaican processing technique that helps seal in the essential oils and nutrients of the castor bean.

  • Great for styling curls and coils
  • Good for all hair types and textures to leave in
  • Safe on color-treated hair

Curly & Wavy: use dime-sized amounts where most dry to not weigh hair down

Coily: use up to quarter-sized amounts to cover areas of hair where product is used for styling.

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs rinse thoroughly with water. If eye irritation persists contact a physician. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
